Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty item, Cartora will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
